I’d like to thank Sinead O’Reilly, Arts Officer, for the wonderful (and daunting) opportunity to exhibit in the County Buildings and Marcella Corcoran Kennedy, TD, for her kind words on opening the exhibition last night – both of whom have a wealth of experience in the Arts in Offaly. I was actually quite relaxed on the night and really enjoyed myself, having given myself a talking to a few days ago when nerves were setting in – at a time when they were no good whatsoever! I have to thank Cyril, of course, who hung the paintings for me and oversaw everything on the night (as always!). Here are a few photographs….
The exhibition runs until 2nd April in Aras an Chontae, Tullamore. Weekdays 9am-4pm.
