-Full payment is made at time of order.
-Our prices are inclusive of VAT and carriage within ROI.
-Export orders may incur additional carriage costs.
-Orders from outside of the EU may incur import duties and taxes.
-Once payment is received, we will post your order to you.
-If we have insufficient scarf/scarves to fill your order, we will notify you asap and any amount debited from your card will be refunded to you in full.
-As our scarves are hand worked / hand painted there may be inconsistencies and these are considered part of the design.
-Once your order has been processed, i.e. payment made, if you need to cancel please follow the Returns policy.
-Payments are accepted securely through PayPal.
-We accept cheques made out to Hazel Greene and posted to Bramber Studio, Rathcahill, Shinrone, Birr, Co. Offaly, Ireland.
-We can email our bank details for payment by transfer, please contact us by email at hazel@bramberstudio.com.
-We will accept notification to return your scarf/scarves by email to hazel@bramberstudio.com within 7 days of receipt of order and accept returns up to 14 days from receipt of order.
-The scarf/scarves returned must be in the same condition in which they were received, with tags still attached, otherwise we regret they cannot be accepted.
-The cost of return carriage is the customer’s responsibility.
-Returns must be marked ‘goods for return’, otherwise import duties and taxes may be levied and these are the responsibility of the customer.
